WEDDINGS WEDDINGS: Our hotel is ideally located to be the host of your “South of the River” wedding destination. Our professional and experienced staff will pay attention to the smallest details and is committed to just you on your big day. Capacity: Our Claiborne Ballroom is 3,186 square feet. We can accommodate 225 people on rounds of eight and 300 people on banquet style tables. Room Rental & Deposit: It is $400 to rent the Ballroom on Friday and $800 to rent it on Saturday. A non-refundable deposit of $800 is required with the return of the signed contract. Our Personal Touch: Only One Wedding per Night, Professional & Experienced Staff, Attention to Detail, Group Room Rates for your Guests, Location, Location, Location! Food and Beverage Policy: The Food and Beverage minimum is $3,500 for a Friday reception, and $4,500 for a Saturday reception. All menu prices are subject to a 19% service charge and applicable taxes. |
