Mother's Day Brunch 

Morgan’s Farm to Table will be offering a full buffet brunch for Mother’s Day. Below are some of this year’s details:

Brunch Hours:  9:30AM – 2:00PM (seating until 2:00PM) – no pre-brunch breakfast will be offered.

Brunch Cost:   $24.95 – Adults - 13 and older

$12.95 – Children 4-12 years old

Free  - Children 3 and under (one free child with paying adult)

Regular Dining: Regular dinner reservations/service will resume from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.*

Burnsville, MN (May 2016) - It’s a wine lovers dream. Morgan’s Farm to Table is teaming up with local wine aficionados, Phillips Wine and Spirits, to highlight the powerful pairings of wines from the Maisons Marques & Domaines family of vineyards with spring-themed cuisine.

The special six-course wine-pairing dinner is set for Thursday, May, 12. The magical night begins with locally sourced craft-cocktails at 6:30 p.m. with butler passed hors d'oeuvres in the Lounge followed by dinner at 7 p.m. in the distinctive private dining room at Morgan’s Farm to Table.

Maisons Marques & Domaines family of vineyards, has continuously received accolades and awards for producing some of the greatest wines in the world. Corporate Executive Chef and VP Food and Beverage Operations, Michael Goodman, has created a menu that perfectly pairs and showcases select offerings of these award-winning wines.

The menu begins with warm, herb crusted Poplar Hills goat cheese with heirloom freckles trout, ramps and grilled pear – lightly dressed with a Riesling vinaigrette and paired with Domaines Schlumberger 2012 Reisling - Les Princes Abbes, Alsace. Next comes the wild foraged mushroom gnocchi with caramelized shallots, veal demi-glace, Barbera reduction that is finished with ricotta salata and served with Pio Cesare 2013 Barbera D’Alba DOC – Piedmont, Italy. The well-crafted meal continues with a fish course of pan roasted halibut served over smoked corn ragu with roasted tomatoes, micro arugula and aged balsamico - partnered with Carpe Diem 2013 Chardonnay, Anderson Valley, CA. The main course of grass-fed beef short rib is slow braised with Dominus Napanook, star anise and blackberry – served au jus over celeriac puree and paired with Dominus Estate 2012 Napanook – Yountville, CA.

The special meal concludes with lemon bufala ricotta with cinnamon tuile and whipped honey mascarpone served with Ramos Pinto NV White Port – Douro Valley, Portugal.

Burnsville, Minn. (September 2015) – Michael Lynch, General Manager of Morgan’s Farm to Table Restaurant, announced that the restaurant began offering its’ Premier Sunday Buffet Brunch on September 13, 2015, with great success.

“The concept transformation from Morgan’s on Nicollet to Morgan’s Farm to Table has been very well received by the community.” states Lynch. “We have really struck a chord with our guests and their appreciation for local, honest ingredients. Our Premier Brunch Buffet is another extension of our commitment to local, sustainable and all natural farmers and producers.  It was a great pleasure to hear all the raves from those who enjoyed our first brunch, and we look forward to welcoming new and existing guests this week and many more in the weeks and months to come.” Lynch concluded.

Hours for the Premier Brunch will run from 9:00am to 1:30pm and will cost $17.95 for adults, $10.95 for children and $12.95 for seniors. Reservations are warmly appreciated but not required.
